I was enrolled in a Credit Counseling Company for over a year, My outstanding balance with my creditors was still 23,500 and I thought that I was paying back the creditors the least amount possible without doing any future damage to my family’s credit.

As a college student studying as much as possible and working whenever I could find time, I lost control of my credit card balances while trying to survive as a student. The interest rate was 4% and a bearable 50 dollars in interest each month. One time. I missed a payment and the interest rate went up to 23%, legally according to the small print on the back of my credit card application as I soon found out complaining to the credit card company.

I did the math 44,000 minus 10,687 and I am going to save 33,313. I’ll let them do the work. Not only that but, I will be done only a few months after graduation.

Some Case Studies:

A small business owner, had a severe business downturn. While he struggled to make payroll, he stopped taking any salary himself. His personal debt piled-up until he was $37,500 in debt. Collections agencies were calling daily. One credit card company had filed a lawsuit.
